New Student Registration Information & Forms
Are you moving into the Winterset District with a student who is in Pre-school through 12th grade? At the Registrar's Office, we are here to help make enrollment go as smoothly as possible. Please contact the Registrar's Office as soon as you know you will be living in our district.
New students will register using ON-LINE REGISTRATION.
- ALL new students to our district must provide Proof of Residency, Certificate of Immunization (Pre-School & Kindergarten only) and fill out a Student Record Request. These forms may be faxed or emailed to the Registrar's office to begin the enrollment process.
Proof of Residency - required for all new students moving into the district
Certificate of Immunization -(Pre-School & Kindergarten only)
Student Record Request-required for all new students coming from another school district
