It's Book Fair Time! 📚 The elementary school will be hosting its book fair in the library on Thursday, October 17 AND Thursday, October 24 from 3:30 pm - 7:30 pm (during conferences). 🌟 It’s Late Start Wednesday! Our amazing teachers and staff are diving into professional development this morning. Today, two of our 3rd grade teachers shared how they've successfully integrated Amira into their daily reading routines. 📚 We also explored the impact of technology on the developing brain, inspired by "The Anxious Generation." And it’s #WintersetWednesday! Our staff rocked their jeans and red items today. Can you guess why we're wearing red? 🔥

Last week, first-grade students explored the idea that a story can have multiple settings. They read "Nana in the City" and then worked together to draw and write about three different settings in the story.

We are loving Beanstack here at the elementary! In the last four weeks, we have reached the Reading Culture Pathfinder level, meaning at least 50% of our students have logged their reading minutes in Beanstack. That's added up to over 21,000 minutes of reading! We're excited to keep up the good work!
