The elementary school will be hosting its book fair in the library on Thursday, October 17 AND Thursday, October 24 from 3:30 pm - 7:30 pm (during conferences). Last week, first-grade students explored the idea that a story can have multiple settings. They read "Nana in the City" and then worked together to draw and write about three different settings in the story.

We are loving Beanstack here at the elementary! In the last four weeks, we have reached the Reading Culture Pathfinder level, meaning at least 50% of our students have logged their reading minutes in Beanstack. That's added up to over 21,000 minutes of reading! We're excited to keep up the good work! Today's homecoming theme brought some summer ☀️ vibes to the elementary with everyone embracing the spirit of "Last Summer"! Staff and students rocked their beach attire ⛱️ , making for a fun day (Despite a few sprinkles). 🌧️
