The HS student council worked to bring the Special Agents McClaren & Tran to speak to students about online safety, careers, and the rapidly expanding need for technology sniffing dogs. They brought Welles, their K-9 dog who works to keep kids and adults safe by finding devices. The IASC State Service Project is ”Click Carefully, Connect Confidently." #wintersethuskypride

Today, we honor the life and legacy of Dr. Martin Luther King Jr., a leader who dedicated his life to justice, equality, and peace. His work during the Civil Rights movement helped change our nation and continues to inspire progress to this day.
Dr. King reminded us that lasting change begins with courage, compassion, and service to others. ❤️

Our 7th grade students are participating in a service-learning project focused on hunger awareness and action. They need to raise $3,500 to cover the cost of packaging 20,000 meals through Meals from the Heartland, with any additional funds supporting local and global food assistance programs. Students will research hunger-relief organizations and help determine where additional donations are given.
