Today's Everyday Hero is Gary Anker.
Mr. Anker saw a need and stepped up to help. On Friday game days, he provides a place for football players who may not have transportation home or somewhere to go before the game. He gives his time, plans activities, and makes sure students have a place where they feel welcome and supported.
It’s an extra commitment that makes a real difference for our students. Thank you, Mr. Anker, for seeing a need and finding a way to help. You are an Everyday Hero! 🐾🏈

Cari is always finding ways to reach students and remove barriers to learning. Even with a busy schedule, she makes time to work with students in the Bridges program. She recently brought Gus, one of her therapy dogs, for a lesson connecting dog training with regulating our own emotions!
