Mr. Heithoff's 7th grade global studies students used GIS software today to research and propose sites for a new fieldhouse. Students learned about zoning, annexation, and other factors that would make their proposed sites desirable.

WJH is celebrating Valentine's Day with PINK and RED!!

Congratulations to the following students (Marriah A., Teaghan L., Miles G., Jack K., Sawyer M.,Owen S.) for being selected for the Simpson College Honor Band, They were selected from a pool of talented 7th and 8th grade students from around the metro. What an achievement!

The WJH office will be closed from December 25th through January 2nd. Classes resume January 3, 2024 with our normal 1 hour late start Wednesday schedule.

The WJH is having Holiday Dress Up Days next week. I've attached a flyer describing the days theme for each day. Students who choose to dress up must also follow the school's dress code policy for appropriateness.

The WJH is doing Community Service work at the Historical Complex on Friday morning. Do you think we have enough rakes?

Don't forget..."Why Our Town" video production by Mr. Heithoff's 7th grade students is being shown in the Auditorium beginning at 7:30 this evening. Be sure to attend and see what amazing work our students are doing!
