2nd graders had a visitor Thursday who shared about his profession and how even young people can be heros in their own communities! This tied into our first module about citizenship. Thank you, Dio, for giving our students a community connection to their learning!

Today Ms. Cain’s Dual Credit biology students spent time at the courthouse annex with Jared & Angela of the Madison County Historical Society. As part of their historic disease unit, they needed to research county death records to identify residents' causes of death.
